Safety Coordinator

George, Safety Coordinator

If the construction school were a structure, George would be its most solid concrete footing. Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, George brings with him that relentless and honest work ethic typical of the heart of the United States. He is not a newcomer; he has been here since the first brick of the institution was laid, watching not only the building's walls grow but also every generation of builders who has passed through our classrooms.

A Legacy of Safety and Trust

As Safety Coordinator, his performance has been, to say the least, impeccable. George does not see safety as a manual of boring rules, but as a moral commitment to the life of every student. For him, a properly worn helmet or a secured harness are not just legal requirements, they are the promise that every student will go home to their family at the end of the day.

Values that Build Character

What truly sets George apart is his unwavering integrity: Steel Ethics: George does not know shortcuts. His moral compass always points to what is right, even when no one is watching. Commanding Voice and Mentor's Heart: He has the firmness necessary to stop a project if he detects a risk, but he possesses the patience of a teacher to explain to the apprentice the reason behind the rule. Institutional Loyalty: Having been there from the beginning, he knows every corner, every machine, and every protocol. He is the living memory of the school and its greatest defender. The Leader Profile More than a supervisor, George is a walking example. He is the first to arrive and the last to leave, ensuring that the site is 'clean and safe.' His presence in the workshop inspires immediate respect, not out of fear, but because of the natural authority that emanates from someone who lives what they preach. In Des Moines, they say that character is forged through hard work, and George is the living proof of this. He is the gold standard of our school: a man of values, a professional of excellence, and the protector of our future.

"Structures are built with plans, but schools are built with men like George."
