Joseph Cichowski

Mr. Joseph Cichowski brings over 30 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, encompassing municipal, state, and federal projects — including more than 30 federally contracted engagements. His comprehensive expertise spans all phases of construction operations, from hands-on equipment operation to full crew management, safety oversight, and project coordination. Mr. Cichowski has successfully led large-scale demolition projects as well as road and bridge construction across multiple states and for various government agencies.

As the designated Superintendent/Project Manager, he ensures that all work is executed in strict accordance with project schedules while maintaining an unwavering commitment to job site safety. A project-specific Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and all required documentation in accordance with this solicitation will be submitted prior to commencement of work.
